20karma is a software and geospatial studio. We've built and maintained institutional platforms since 2007, and today apply the same precision to geospatial mapping, custom software, and long-term technical partnerships — for clients across India and abroad.

About
Where the name comes from.
In Assamese, twenty is "bish." Paired with karma, 20karma echoes Vishwakarma — the architect of the universe in Hindu tradition, and patron of engineers, craftsmen, and builders across Northeast India. We registered the domain in 2007 with that idea in mind: build the way an architect builds — deliberately, with every load-bearing joint accounted for.
Nineteen years later, that's still the approach. Whether it's a university's official website or a geospatial survey of railway land, we plan before we build, and we stay long after launch.

We maintained Gauhati University's website for five years after building it. Long-term stewardship is the default, not an add-on.
